Why Insecurity matters in Leadership!

Many people want to lead, and many also think they are leading, yet, there’s very little good leadership manifested.

One thing that inhibits people from leading better majorly is–'a sense of insecurity.' Insecurity rears its ugly head in some dark corners of one’s mind.

It builds its strength on one’s weakness. As a defense to their weaknesses, it does not let them empower or pass credit to others. And therefore, it matters most!

Without empowering and crediting others, you cannot let your team attain their full potential and hold them together. And, if not then how can you lead them to accomplish an organizational goal?

Good leadership is nothing to do with possessing 100 % of the spot-on competencies. But, it is very much to do with being aware of your weaknesses so, you make up for it in the other more important areas where you are strong!

This also makes you nourish your "sense of security!"

Leaders can push away great talents, only because they are unable to empower them due to their own insecurity issues.  A strong belief in one's own competencies and being aware of one's weaknesses, could transform one into being a secure and a good leader.

Enlarging others makes you larger! What’s your views?
